Service Description
This pricing is for video supplied by you to be made into a final product. Video must be in .mov or mp4 format, any other formats will require a conversion fee of $25. Editing includes identification of clips, placement, titling, and cropping, basic effects and transitions. Final movies will be delivered in .mp4 format through email or on a USB if request at an additional cost of $20.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee Policy All services require a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of service. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Late Fee Policy A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed beyond your scheduled appointment time. After this period, a $25 late fee will be applied. If client is more than 40 minutes late you will need to reschedule. Please see rescheduling fee policy. Turnaround & Delivery Policy The turnaround time begins once the client has selected the edits. Turnaround times are different for each service. Please see service description for specific turnaround times. All media will be delivered electronically via email. Storage Policy All media files will be securely stored for 30 days following delivery to the client.
