Service Description
Buyers love seeing restaurants in the area where your listings are located. Including the neighborhood video package in your marketing is a great way to showcase your local knowledge of the area of prospective buyers while building your personal brand at the same time. Add the neighborhood tour to the end of your listings.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee Policy All services require a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of service. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Late Fee Policy A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed beyond your scheduled appointment time. After this period, a $25 late fee will be applied. If client is more than 40 minutes late you will need to reschedule. Please see rescheduling fee policy. Turnaround & Delivery Policy The turnaround time begins once the client has selected the edits. Turnaround times are different for each service. Please see service description for specific turnaround times. All media will be delivered electronically via email. Storage Policy All media files will be securely stored for 30 days following delivery to the client.
